Clearview Developments originates and develops large-scale energy projects across Australia: solar, wind, battery storage and emerging generation including energy from waste and green fuels. Our focus extends beyond generation to the infrastructure required to enable and connect it.

Clearview leads the development process from origination through to investment and delivery. We secure land, establish grid pathways, progress approvals and bring together the commercial strategy, capital and delivery partners required to move projects forward.
We work with landowners, project owners and investors at different stages of development. In each case our role is the same: bring the pieces together, manage the development process, and create projects capable of attracting capital and progressing to delivery.

Our current portfolio runs from a renewable platform in South Australia to a data centre development in Canberra, with an origination pipeline built around transmission capacity, suitable land and energy demand.
